Home Health
Home Health nurses keep patients at home and out of the hospital. They empower their patients to take ownership of their health and recovery through care coordination, education, and prevention.
Hospice Care
Hospice nurses manage patient pain and symptoms and help them to plan for end-of-life care. They also educate patients on end-of-life processes and direct and comfort family members on spiritual support options and other available hospice therapies.

This position supports patients in Upper St. Clair and surrounding areas and will be working Friday - Sunday 8p - 8a. This position is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year! This position will also receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus within the first 30 days of employment.

We are looking for compassionate nurses with:
- RN license in the state you work
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing
- Two years of RN experience, hospice experience preferred
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
- The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
