What you’ll do in this role:
- Responsible for organizing complex activities such as meetings and travel
- Assists with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, phone correspondence and collating
- Sort and distribute mail
- Type and design general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc.
- Handle confidential and non-routine information
- Act as a project manager for special projects
- Assist with Orientation of new hires
- Professionally answers all incoming calls.
- Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly.
- Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Administrative Assistant with:
- Associate’s Degree Preferred
- At least one year experience in Home Health preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service capacity
